Rehabilitation Scope of Work

Our goal is to preserve long-term affordability and rehabilitate the property to ensure existing residents can return to safe, habitable residences with long-term viability

Development Timeline
Our goal is to preserve long-term affordability and rehabilitate the property to ensure existing residents can return to safe, habitable residences with long-term viability. The first phase includes rehabilitation of 22 buildings / 162 units, beginning with buildings in better condition. Renovations are expected to commence YE 2026 and continue through 2027. Other remaining buildings will be demolished and replaced by new construction on the site in future affordable housing phases (expected 2028 and beyond)
