A New Vision for Mon View Heights

What We Believe

At Camber, we believe that housing is more than a physical structure—it’s a cornerstone of strong, resilient communities. We are committed to delivering on our promises to all stakeholders while embracing Social Responsibility, and implementing Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles. Our approach is grounded in a vision to not only meet the immediate needs of the communities we serve but also to contribute to a more equitable and sustainable future.

Founded in New York City in 2016, Camber has built or preserved over 12,500 units of affordable housing in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania and Ohio.

Neighborhood Allies

Our team is here to help build the capacity of communities and place resources and power in the hands of residents.

We create healthy neighborhoods of opportunity and help move low-to-moderate income Pittsburghers up the socio-economic ladder by facilitating transformative change across four areas of impact: Neighborhood Development, Economic Mobility, Mental Health, and Impact-Driven Partnerships.

We create this transformative change by deploying services including: Funding, Public Programming Capacity Building, and Partnerships.
